LEBEUF, Jacques P. - It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Jacques Lebeuf on January 15, 2020, at the age of 81.
Loving spouse of Anne Martin, dear father of Ann-Julie (Andre Hudon), Louis-Bertrand and Katherine. Stepfather of Neil Watterson (Michelle) and Cheryl Brown (Chris). Grandfather of Philippe and Julien Hudon and Grandpa Jacques to Paisley, Emmy, and Ashlyn. Son of Hector Lebeuf and Anita Demers and brother of Anita Nevins.
Jacques was born in Montreal on February 10th, 1938. He led a complete and fruitful life as a family man, naval officer and gentleman, consummate salesman, raconteur extraordinaire, social butterfly, world traveler, golfer, and avid Montreal Canadiens fan. He left an indelible mark on all those he met with his unwavering moral values and integrity, his conviction and beliefs, his spirituality, infectious laughter, not to mention his “joie de vivre”. In every sense of the word, he was a force of nature to be reckoned with, one which will be greatly missed.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th at 2:00 pm at the Eagle Ridge Golf Club, 11742 10 Line, in Georgetown, Ontario. A celebration of life will also be held in the Montreal area in the spring (date/location to be announced).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada, or SickKids Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
