BENJAMIN, Helen A. - With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Anne Benjamin (Towler) of Guelph, Ontario, who passed away suddenly on April 7, 2020.

She was loved and cherished by many people including her extended families in Guelph, at the Hall Beach Health Centre in Nunavut, in Kenora Ontario and in Tobago. She will be especially missed by her son Nathanyle.

Helen was a beautiful soul who touched many lives with her kind advice, loving and caring nature. Helen was a retired registered nurse who had a gift for serving others. Her natural gift was always serving people which was exemplified through mentoring, teaching, and sharing the wisdom and experience that she gained over the years. She was very conscientious in serving her patients with dignity, respect, and true compassion.

Helen had a vivacious personality and always made people around her laugh. All who loved her, loved her dearly and will never forget her tenacity, wit, charm, grace, and undying love and caring she had for her friends and family.

Arrangements entrusted to the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 519-822-0051 or – Condolences can be forwarded to the family via the funeral home website below Helen’s notice.

Cremation has taken place, and there will be no service at this time.

A tree will be planted in memory of Helen A. Benjamin in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest, University of Guelph Arboretum. Dedication service, Sunday, September 20, 2020 at 2:30 pm.
