Barry Arthur Kuehner
July 6, 1943 – August 10, 2025
Barry Arthur Kuehner peacefully passed away at Hospice Wellington on August 10, 2025, at the age of 82, surrounded by his loving wife, Bonnie, and his son, Rob.
Barry leaves behind the love of his life, Bonnie (Kreller), with whom he shared 61 wonderful years of marriage. He is also survived by his son Rob Kuehner and his late son Scott Kuehner, as well as his cherished grandson, Dustin Kuehner (Kelsey Voisin).
An unforgettable man, Barry had a heart full of love and a laugh that brightened every room. His compassion, humor, and enthusiasm were truly infectious. In his free time, Barry enjoyed a variety of hobbies. Tending to the garden with Bonnie was a daily highlight, and if he wasn’t in the garden, he could often be found watching movies (hoping to recommend to others) or cheering for the Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto Raptors, eagerly and happily sharing updates with his family at the dinner table.
Barry dedicated 37 years of his career to Oregon Tool and later worked for eight years as a shuttle driver for Guelph Toyota.
The family wishes to extend their deep appreciation to Bonnie for her unwavering support, love, and care during Barry’s final weeks.
The family is grateful to the doctor and social worker at Guelph General Hospital for their assistance during this time. Thank you also to the staff at Hospice Wellington for their exceptional care and compassion.
From his devoted wife, Bonnie, and the family: thank you for your love and support.
Donations can be made to Hospice Wellington.
