BERRY, Cynthia – Cynthia Berry was born Jan. 31, 1940 in Canterbury, Kent, England and passed away on Jul. 12, 2014 in Guelph Ontario Canada. Cynthia is predeceased by her loving mother Doris, her adoptive parents Albert Noel and Sarah Ann Berry, and siblings Doreen Rees and Gordon Berry. Cynthia started a brief career in nursing before she came to Canada in 1965. After being a dedicated and loving stay at home mom for several years Cynthia, worked for the Calgary Flames Hockey Club and the Calgary Stampede Board over the past 20 years. Cynthia is honored and cherished by her children Samantha Berry, Grant Miller, Pauline Miller, Charmaine Miller and daughter-in-law Chaneen Miller. She was also adored by her grandchildren Steven Naylor, Nick Naylor, Cindy Berry and Tyler Dahl. Cynthia’s surviving relatives in the United Kingdom include, but are not limited to, her nephews and niece Alan Berry, Andrew Berry, and Sue Murphy. Mom you are loved immensely and missed terribly. Rest in peace. A celebration of her life will be held in Calgary, AB at a date and time to be determined after inurnment has taken place. Because Cynthia was such a generous individual she would have wanted any memorial contributions to be made in her name to the Canadian Cancer Society, SPCA or any charity of the donor’s choice.
