STALMACH, Daniel Mathew – Of Guelph Ontario, passed away peacefully after a long battle with multiple sclerosis, at his nursing home, Riverside Glen, Guelph on Wednesday, August 28th, 2024 at the age of 67.
“Dan” Stalmach was predeceased by his parents Louis and Miriam Stalmach, sister Margaret Stalmach and brother Louis James Stalmach. He is survived by his brother Myles Stalmach and sister Mary Borghese (brother-in-law to Enrico Borghese).
Dan had a number of jobs in different fields and completed his working life as proprietor in his own building maintenance business. Dan loved being in nature, camping and fishing. He had an interest in cars and enjoyed tinkering with machines and gadgets. We loved Dan for his easy laugh and good humor.
We wish to thank the caring staff at Riverside Glen LTC who took care of him during his time there and treated him like family.
As per Dan’s wishes, there will be no funeral arrangements. Cremation has taken place with private interment taking place in Windsor, Ontario, at a later date.
