WALSH, Eileen Annie – It is with deep sorrow that our family announces the passing of Eileen Annie Walsh (Mervyn) on Tuesday September 27, 2022, in her 93rd year. Eileen passed away peacefully after a short stay at the Guelph General Hospital with family at her side.
She is predeceased by husband Leon, parents Elizabeth and Herbert, sister Joyce (Garnet) and stepson Benton. Eileen is survived by her stepdaughter Delsie Walsh, nephews Bob (Barb), John (Andrea), great nieces Melissa (Brian), Krista (Cole), Teresa, Laura (Nathan), Jackie (Devan), Matthew and Elaena, as well as 9 great, great nephews and nieces. She will be greatly missed by her cousins and their families from around Ontario and those on Manitoulin Island.
A graveside service will be held at Gordon/Barrie Island Cemetery, on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 1:00pm. Arrangements entrusted to the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 519-822-0051 / www.wallcustance.com.
Donations in memory of Eileen can be made to the charity of your choice.
