BYERS, Francis William – of Charlottetown, PEI, passed away at home on Monday April 17, 2023.
Loved Brother of Cathy VanIderstine and Johnny (Joanne) Byers. Sadly, missed by his nieces and nephews Bill (Jadine), Carolyn (Wally), Leanne (Bobby), Kim, Lori (Rick), Candice (Danny). Great nieces and nephews, Nicole (Levi), Justin, Gillian (Jake), Nathan, Katlyn, Kyler, Holly and Shelby.
Predeceased by brother-in-law Dave VanIderstine and parents Maria Anna (Annie) and William Byers.
Francis was an avid reader for most of his life and could often be found with a book in his hands. Later in life he developed a love of movies and classic TV shows.
Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 519-822-0051 / www.wallcustance.com.
Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Francis W. Byers in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest.
