DRISCOLL, Frieda – Of Kitchener, Ontario died peacefully on July 1, 2015 at the age of 94. She was born in Ottawa on April 13, 1921 to Lily and Bill Skuce joining siblings Delmar, Elva and Iona. Frieda worked for the Federal Government as a secretary until she married Robert Forrest Driscoll and moved to Kitchener in 1952. Frieda worked 20 years for Kitchener Parks and Recreation at Breithaupt Centre until she retired in 1984. She was an avid gardener and her gardens still survive at her beloved “Glengarriff” cottage on Lake Conestoga. Frieda also enjoyed travelling, her canoe, kayak, and hiking. She loved people, pets and poker! Frieda is survived by her daughters Joanne McAuley, Lee Watt (Terry), and daughter in law, Karen Locque, along with numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Bob Driscoll in 2009. A private family service was held. Arrangements entrusted to the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 519-822-0051 or www.wallcustance.com. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Wellington, Guelph Ontario.

• Maintenance of physical distancing, both during visitations and services, and during our meetings with families.
• Ongoing communications with those that we serve to ensure that they are aware of the current Covid-19 status of our municipality and the accompanying guidelines.
We continue to rely on the advice provided by health experts and are committed to doing all we can to keep our community healthy.
