SINCLAIR, Gloria Jean (McGinnis) – Passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 29th, 2025 at Hospice Wellington.
Gloria was born and raised in Guelph, where she lived all her life. She formed many long lasting friendships during her 25+ years in the accounting department at a local Guelph business. She enjoyed reading, playing solitaire, watching birds, and spending time with her pets. Gloria was a very loving person and prized her family and friends above all else. She also loved spending time on Lake Huron with family and friends creating memories at Sauble beach and Grand Bend.
Predeceased by her mother Marjorie Beatrice McGinnis (Cahoe) in 1999, father Roy Nelson McGinnis in 1993, and her brother Robert Nelson McGinnis in 1992.
Gloria leaves behind her daughter Gina Sinclair and her son Logan Harrietha (Kait), daughter Gillian Barrett and her children Devlin Barrett and Rylee Barrett, and her brother Dan McGinnis (Brenda). She will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews in Ontario and British Columbia.
A special thank you to her brother Dan for many trips to Grand River and Guelph General Hospitals for the past three years and for many very enjoyable lunch dates.
