LEADLAY, Irene Mary – Passed away at her home on Friday, August 30, 2024, in her 77th year.
Beloved wife of 59 years to Sandy. Loved mother of Donna and the late David (2005). Loving grandmother of Brianna. Dear sister of Gord, Alyce, and the late Virginia. She will be greatly missed by her life long best friend Pat.
Irene was a shining star. She was a kind, gentle, loving soul to everyone that crossed her path. Most of her career was with Big V Pharmacy (our other family) then retired as Cash Manager with Shoppers in Dorchester.
During her spare time she enjoyed family time, reading, watching her favourite comedy shows, shopping with her best friend and day trips with Sandy in the Corvette. She also loved dancing, if music was within her hearing, she would grab you to dance.
Love you forever!
A private burial will take place at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Celebration of life to be determined at a later date.
