Jo-Ann Hodgson

HODGSON, Jo-Ann – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jo-Ann Hodgson on May 3rd, 2025, age 78, at Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus.

Beloved wife of 55 years to Bob Hodgson.   Loving mother of Carolyn (Grant), Kim (Tom), and Sandra (Jamie). Cherished grandmother of Nolan (Justyss), Devin, Jazlyn, Dylan, Colson, Ryder & Emily.   Survived by her siblings Don (Marilyn) and Dorothy (late Alf).   Predeceased by her brothers Ron, Wayne, John and sister Peggy.

She spent many years working hard on the family farm, and cherished life’s simple joys such as trips to the casino, playing cards, working on her diamond dots, or watching her Blue Jays.  Jo-Ann will be fondly remembered for her award-winning butter tarts, and baked goods throughout the year.

Jo-Ann will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.  She will forever be in our hearts.  As per family wishes, there will be no funeral service.  A celebration of life will follow this summer.
