AZEVEDO, Jorge M. – In loving memory of Jorge Manuel Brasil Azevedo, 63, beloved son to Jorge Augusto Azevedo and Maria Celeste Brasil.  Born December 17th, 1962, in st.Antao s. Jorge, Acores Portugal.  Brother to Goretti, Jose, Lina, Envagelina, Odete, Teresa, Antonio and Patricia.  Father to Samantha and Amanda.  He passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 10th, 2026, at 9:09am.
