SLATER, Leesa Juli-ann – (65) born on May 7, 1957, a long time resident of Acton, Ontario. The daughter of John and May Slater, (both deceased). Leesa passed away peacefully at Georgetown District Hospital on May 1, 2023. She had suffered two severe strokes and never recovered.
She will be terribly missed by her son Corey, his partner Nikki and son Jamie. She is survived by three siblings – Trina Virgin and son Jason and his wife Dana, Craig Slater and wife Diane, their three children, Leesa’s nephews Jon, Scott, Kirk, and partners.
Kevin Slater and wife Patti, their children and Leesa’s nephews Robert and Andrew and niece, Lynn. Leesa also had five great nieces and nephews Johnny, Millie-Ann, Quinn, Scarlett and Max. She was very fortunate to have had so many friends and family who came to say goodbye and share memories a few days before she passed.
Our hearts are broken but love is eternal and she will be forever remembered for her Uniqueness.
