Nicole (Nickie) Diane DeMarco
May 9, 1975 – January 8, 2026
It is with great sadness and broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Nickie, on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at the age of 50, surrounded by many of her loving family members at Hospice Wellington.
Cherished daughter, mother, partner, sister, aunt, niece and cousin whose love and light touched everyone that knew her. Nickie was the beloved daughter of Janice DeMarco and Tom Miller predeceased by her birth father, George DeMarco (1985). Much loved mother of Emily DeMarco. Nickie was the love of her partner Tom Wettlaufers’ life and will be forever missed by him and her fur baby (cat) Purrlie Quinn. Nickie was greatly loved by her brothers; Jeff (Frances) DeMarco, T.J. Miller, Ryan Kieley and stepsister Laura Lee Kieley Woodward. She will be fondly remembered by her grandmother Irene Miller, her nieces Alexandrea, Ava and Claire DeMarco, aunt Joanna Evans and uncle Mike Beeteson, aunt Judy and uncle Rick Marshall, aunt Roni Evans (uncle Jack, deceased 2016) of Redvers, Saskatchewan. she will always be remembered by her many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins in Ontario, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia and Cape Breton.
Predeceased by her Maternal Grandparents, Myrtle Campbell (nee Lamb) and Elgin (Rab) Evans and Paternal Grandparents, Ethel Mae DeMarco and Carmen DeMarco and Papa Irvin Miller.
A celebration of life will be held on May 9, 2026, from 1:00 – 4:00pm at Trinity United Church, 400 Stevenson St., Guelph. Arrangements entrusted to the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 519-822-0051 / www.wallcustance.com.
