McEWAN, Douglas Doug McEwan passed away peacefully at home in his 82nd year on January 11, 2017. Survived by his life partner, Diane Mussett and his three loving daughters, Debra (Dave) Saunders of Guelph, Jackie (Steve) Raftis of Courtice, Sarah McEwan of Guelph, and his partner’s children, David Mussett and Julie Dallaire, both of Guelph. Beloved grandfather of Katie (Chris) Tumbin of Oakville, Chad (Stephanie) Saunders of Oakland NB, Clover Raftis of Courtice, Brett (Helen) Saunders of Guelph, and proud great-grandfather of six. A celebration of life service is to be held Saturday, January 21st from 1-4 pm at the Red Chevron Club (34 Elizabeth St. Guelph) where Doug was a lifetime member. • Ongoing communications with those that we serve to ensure that they are aware of the current Covid-19 status of our municipality and the accompanying guidelines.
