BOWMAN, Patricia Janet (nee Hodgins) – It is with great sadness we share the news of Patricia Janet Bowman (nee Hodgins) no longer being with us. Pat, as we all knew her passed away in her 83rd year, on Thursday, January 9, 2025, surrounded by her family and feeling all their love.
Pat is now sharing her time again with her beloved husband Ron Bowman who passed away 10 years ago. As always, he has waited patiently for her, and she lived for spite as long as she could. Pat was a wonderful mother to her two sons Larry and Jeff, an incredible mom-in-law to Danielle, Larry’s wife and Sandy, Jeff’s wife, whom we also lost 8 years ago. Pat was so lucky to have three grandchildren. Sierra, Jesse and Taylor. They will all remember her and their time together at the trailer forever. Pat has also left behind 2 wonderful sisters Dianne and Laura. Always there for each other through a lifetime of ups and downs till the end. We thank you both for the time spent with Pat in these last couple years. It definitely made her days so much happier.
As a family we would also like to take a moment to thank all the wonderful care givers at Wellington Terrace for their amazing care and compassion in taking care of Pat in her and our time of need. All of you are so greatly appreciated.
Pat, like Ron chose to be cremated and wished for a simple goodbye. There will be a small drop-in memorial/celebration of life for Pat on Sunday, January 26, 2025, at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, between 1:00 and 3:00p.m. Come and share your funny stories or your tears with us as we say goodbye to our spunky little wife, mom, grandma, sister, friend.
