KELEHER, Shawna Lynn – 1986-2023 – It’s is with sadness that we announce the loss of a wonderful woman Shawna Keleher. Shawna fought hard and never losing hope, but unfortunately lost the battle to cancer on October 28th, 2023 at the age of 37, at the Guelph General Hospital.
Shawna was born and raised in Guelph, Ontario, on August 20th, 1986. She was a loving partner to Darren Bailey. A wonderful mother to Ashlynn, Hailynn Melancon and Owen Mckechnie. Her parents loved her dearly, her mom and stepdad Denise and Terry Abercrombie. Her father and partner Eric Matthews and Leslie West and her son Ryan. She was the best big sister and best friend to Sarah and her husband Kevin Melancon. She was an amazing auntie to her dancing peanut Mckenna, Sunshine Myah and Claire Bear. Shawna will be missed by her Mother in law Barbara Courtney and Sister in laws Deanna Bailey and Patricia Rodgers and niece and nephew. She will also be deeply missed by her grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, her ladies’ group, JCs family, clients, dance moms from SRDA, camping friends at West Montrose Family Camp, and all her amazing Nurses and Doctors on the 6th floor at the Guelph General Hospital.
You will never be forgotten and will always be in our heart. We love you to the moon and back.
A memorial visitation will be held at WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, on Monday, November 6, 2023 from 2-4 pm & 6-9 pm.

A tree will be planted in memory of Shawna L. Keleher in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest.
