CHAMBERLAIN, Tyler William Wolf – Of Guelph, passed away as the result of a tragic accident on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at the age of 31.
Beloved son of Maria Strouzas. Predeceased by his father William (Mike) Chamberlain and his brother Steven Chamberlain. Will be dearly missed by his brother Anthony Strouzas stepmother Jan Chamberlain, grandparents Bill and Joyce Chamberlain, uncle Shawn Clarke, as well as his extended family, friends and colleagues at CSL Silicone Solutions.
A private family graveside service will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Guelph. Arrangements entrusted to the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 519-822-0051 / www.wallcustance.com. A public celebration of Tyler’s life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Guelph Humane Society or Cats Anonymous would be appreciated.
A tree will be planted in memory of Tyler W. W. Chamberlain in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest.

• Ongoing communications with those that we serve to ensure that they are aware of the current Covid-19 status of our municipality and the accompanying guidelines.
