Velma Grace Osborne (nee Lane), formerly Close, 94, passed away on April 15, 2025. Widowed twice, she was the devoted wife of the late Jack Close and the late Mervyn Osborne. She will be remembered for her kindness, cheerful outlook, and dedication to family.
She will be deeply missed by her sons Ed Close (Sharon), Rob Close, grandsons Steve (Sherri Crowley), Joseph, Wayne (Heather Campbell), great grandchildren Spencer Close, Clinton Close (Kim), Gabriel Close, Jake Close, Vivienne Close, and great great grandchildren Alayna, Morgan, and Joshua.
