POWERS, William K. – It is with a broken heart that we announce the passing of William (Bill) Kenneth Powers of Guelph, on September 16, 2023, in his 80th year.
Bill was the loving husband and best friend for 32 years of Linda Powers. Predeceased and now re-united with his daughter Angela, sister Anne and her husband Mike Tracey, and sister-in-law Pat Campbell. Survived by his sisters Pat (Don) McLenon and Barb (Ken) Griffin of Windsor, and siblings-in-laws Sandra Briggs and Larry Atkins of Guelph. Bill will be missed by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Bill had fought cancer and the long-term effects for many years and is now at peace.
Cremation has taken place and at his request, there will be no service. Arrangements entrusted to WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL (519-822-0051 / www.wallcustance.com).
A tree will be planted in memory of William K. Powers in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest.
