Marjorie E. Tawse

TAWSE, Marjorie Emily (nee Thomson) – Passed away peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital on Friday, February 4, 2011, in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late John Tawse (1971). Loving mother of Joe, Marie and the late Paul. Loved grandmother to Jeffery, Jennifer, Dean, Lorraine, Tanya, Nicole and Alexander and great grandmother of nine. Predeceased by two brothers and one sister. Marjorie was a teacher and a graduate from Guelph General Hospital in 1941. She carried these two professions through her working life. Friends will be received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, Sunday (1-4 p.m.) and Monday (2-4 and 7-9 p.m.). Funeral service will be held at Crestwicke Baptist Church, 400 Speedvale Ave. E., Guelph on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. (Reception to follow in the church hall).
