Marcel Joseph Lanneval (1934-2026) attended the first Heavenly birthday of his wife Barbara Marie Lanneval (1938-2025) on Wednesday February 18, 2026. Marcel was also reunited with his first wife Lois Faye Lanneval (1937-1992) after 34 years apart. Also in attendance of the festivities was his daughter Marianne Elizabeth (1963-1999) after 27 years.
Marcel leaves behind his much loved daughter Cheryl Marie (Dean), Guy (son in law) and four loved step sons Derek, Craig (Sheila), Phillip (Lisa), and Joel (Leigh Anne). Marcel adored his grandchildren Brandon (Samantha), Zachary (Marissa), Kylie (Gabriel), Lydia (Aaron), Jeremy (Reilly), Amy (Brad), Michael and Keifer (Alexis).
Marcel’s greatest joys guaranteed to make him smile were his great-grandchildren Alice, Ellie, Aum, Maverick, Vivienne and Alice Rose.
Marcel is lovingly remembered by his extended family and friends he considers family all over the world.
Thank you to Catherine, Christine, Kathleen and Etta for your love and support over the last year. Thank you also to Paulette and Willma for your unending love and support.

Please join our family in celebrating a full and vibrant life on Saturday April 11, 2026, at Wall-Custance Funeral Home, 206 Norfolk Street, Guelph, visitation will be held from 1:00 – 2:00 pm, the service will begin at 2:00pm. Reception to follow in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre.
