DAVIS, Brian Gerald 

1929 – 2026

Passed away peacefully at Eden House on Monday, February 23rd, 2026, in his 97th year.  

Left to grieve is his wife Gillian (Gill), for her beloved husband. Also left to mourn are his dearly loved daughters, Julia Davis and Dee (Jeff) Elmes; grandson Sebastian Davis, and granddaughters Jodie and Jess Elmes.

Predeceased by his parents Frederic and Muriel (Douse) Davis and his sister Nona Erskine.

After gaining his Law degree and working with a law firm, Brian later practiced with at his own firm until retirement in 1984.   Later immigrating to Canada in 1986 to join Gill who came in 1952.  He became a Canadian citizen and for over 40 years, he and Gill enjoyed a perfect, deeply harmonious marriage.

A tree will be planted in memory of Brian G. Davis in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest.
