MORE, Donald Gordon –
Guelph has lost one of its hotrod friends, Don More, son of Sonia More and the late Joseph Moore. Don passed away peacefully on Monday, August 5, 2019 at the age of 61 years.
He loved his cars and could be found rebuilding cars, playing cribbage, watching good movies and socializing at the Performance Centre with other car aficionados. He won many awards for rebuilding custom mustangs; was always ready to lend a helping hand and will be sorely missed by friends and family. He says goodbye to his brother Jerry; brother Allen and his wife Jackie; close friends Ralph, Vivian, Nick, Frank, Ted, Ken, Bill, Steve, Cathie and especially Coralie, “Pica-Pau”, and many more. A special thank you to Adriana, Samuel, Abigail, Marta and others who made each day more cheerful.”
Cremation has taken place.

A Celebration of Life will be held at WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 206 Norfolk St., Guelph on Sunday, August 18, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. The family will greet friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m., followed by service at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Inurnment at Greenwood Cemetery, Owen Sound at a later date. If desired, your monetary contribution towards a monument for Don’s final resting place (the family will have a receptacle available at the service) would see his last and final wish fulfilled. Memorial contributions made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in Don’s memory are also welcomed.
