Jacqueline E. McBride

McBRIDE, Jaqueline Elizabeth – Of Guelph, passed away at the Guelph General Hospital on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at the age of 60.

Loved mother of Denise Riedel and Jesse Riedel. Loving grandmother of Matteo Cormier. Dear daughter of Ronald and Dorothy. Beloved by her family and close friends.

Jaqueline loved to spend her time volunteering with Arc Industries in Guelph. Special Olympics was a big part of Jaqueline’s life. When she wasn’t playing on a team, she could be found in the stands cheering on her fellow athletes. Her presence and enthusiasm will truly be missed. 

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 1:00pm – 3:00pm at 27 Vanier Dr. Guelph (meet in the lobby).
