KENT, Lillian Elizabeth (nee Lugo) – From Guelph, passed away on Friday, October 26, 2012 at St. Joseph s Health Centre in her 88th year. Born in North Kensington, Pennsylvania on September 13th, 1925, Lillian is survived by her dear husband Edgar Kent (Guelph) (in their 70th year of marriage), son Gordon and wife Gerry (London), son Donald and wife Wendy (Waterloo), daughter Kathy and husband John Jeffers (Newmarket), grand-daughter Lisa and husband Eugene Zbuda (Toronto), grand-daughter Kelly and husband Mark Gadsby (Brantford), grand-son Fraser and wife Paula (Oakville), grandson Jeff and wife Rita (Milton), granddaughter Aimee and husband Mirko Boniolo (Italy), grand-daughter Elaine and husband Aaron Kernohan (Peterborough), granddaughter Michelle Jeffers (Peterborough) and grandson Shane Jeffers (Newmarket). Lillian (Nana) will also be fondly remembered and missed by 17 great-grandchildren, her nieces and nephews, and many friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Lily Lugo and 12 siblings. Friends will be received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, Sunday (1-4 p.m.). Funeral service will be held at Barrie Hill United Church on Monday, October 29, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. Reception to follow in the church hall. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Barrie Hill United Church, R.R. 5, Rockwood, NOB 2K0 would be appreciated.
