Lynda Heatley

HEATLEY, Lynda – Of Guelph, passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Hospice Wellington on Sunday, March 23, 2025, after a brief battle with cancer.  

Beloved wife of Ken for 60 years.  Loved mother of Craig (deceased) & Lynne. Loving grandmother of Hayley, Jack, Jordan and Brayden. Dear aunt of Ian Clark. Predeceased by her parents Claude and Anne Barrie.

Lynda was a proud Scot born and raised in Glasgow before immigrating to Canada with her family in 1971. A lover of music and all things Elvis. She enjoyed travel, spending time with family and kept herself up on all the latest Blue Jays action. 

Strong willed with a great sense of humour, Lynda will be missed dearly by all those who loved her.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Lynda’s memory can be made to Hospice Wellington, where she received the most compassionate care in her final days.

 A tree will be planted in memory of Lynda Heatley in the Wall-Custance Memorial Forest.
