BROWN, Mary Eliza (nee Millard) – Of Guelph, passed away peacefully at Guelph General Hospital, Sunday, September 16, 2007, in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Brown (2004). Loved mother of Gary (Elizabeth) Brown of Hespeler and Dennis (Judy) Brown of Preston. Loving grandmother of Cathy (Greg) Voison, Christine (Jeffrey) Brown, Tracey (Mike) Livingstone, Rene (Joe) Knoop and Jeffrey (Nyshea) Brown. Great grandmother of eight. Dear sister of Lillian (Stan) Biggs and Bessie Borthwick. Will be sadly missed by Colleen (Jim) Brown. Predeceased by sisters Sadie Lovelock, Margaret Bush and Ruby Jeffrey and brother William Millard. Longtime employee of the Weston Bakery in Kitchener. Up until her death, Mary retained her sense of humour, leaving a lasting impression on those who met her. Thank you to Dr. Anna Issakoff-Meller and the nurses of 4W of the Guelph General Hospital. Friends will be received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph, Wednesday (2-4 and 7-9 p.m.) and one hour prior to the funeral service which will be held, in the funeral home chapel, Thursday, September 20, 2007, at 2:00 p.m.. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park. (Reception to follow in the Wall-Custance Family Reception Centre).
